Lead Generation & Appointment Setter (SaaS / AI Agency)

Hi,

I run a UK-based AI & SaaS agency that installs AI receptionists and CRM systems for service businesses (solar, renewable energy, etc.).

We are currently expanding into the renewable energy sector in the UK and I’m looking for a focused Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to help build our outbound engine.

This is not a general VA role.

Your main job is simple:

???? Generate qualified leads
???? Run cold email campaigns
???? Use LinkedIn outreach
???? Handle replies
???? Book sales calls

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation

Build targeted UK business lists (renewable energy companies)

Find decision-makers (owners / directors)

Verify emails

Maintain clean spreadsheets

Cold Email Management

Upload leads into email campaigns

Monitor open & reply rates

Manage follow-ups

Label interested prospects

LinkedIn Outreach

Send daily connection requests

Follow structured messaging

Track responses

Move interested prospects to booked calls

Appointment Setting

Respond to basic questions using templates

Push interested prospects to book a 15-minute call

Update Click Up, CRM and tracking sheets

500+ emails sent

150+ LinkedIn connection requests

30+ replies

5+ booked calls per week

This role is performance-focused.

? REQUIRED SKILLS

Must Have:

Experience with cold email campaigns

Experience with lead generation

Strong written English

Detail-oriented

Comfortable working with targets

Able to follow SOPs exactly

Big Advantage:

Experience with Instantly or similar email tools

Experience with LinkedIn outreach

CRM experience (any CRM)

SaaS or tech agency experience

???? WORKING HOURS

4 hours per day

Monday to Friday

Must overlap at least 2 hours with UK time
