AI AUTOMATION NEEDED (30 hrs / week)

We are looking for a practical, hands-on AI Automation & Co-Pilot to help us build an internal team assistant bot and a variety of automation workflows.

This is a highly technical role. You’ll act as a Technical Co-Pilot, owning the heavy lifting: writing and debugging code, managing deployments on Vercel, and ensuring our AI-powered systems run smoothly. You’ll take early concepts, experiments, and rough prototypes and turn them into stable, production-ready solutions.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and internal team—no client-facing work required.

What You Will Do:
- Develop & Deploy: Build backend logic for AI agents and deploy them using Vercel (Serverless functions).
- AI Integration: Connect our tools to LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) via API to process text and data.
- Code Review & Fixes: Work with the CEO to troubleshoot their code, fix bugs, and optimize logic.
- AI Coding: Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) effectively to speed up development. We care about results, not writing every line from scratch.
- Automation: Build workflows to connect different APIs and internal data sources.

Requirements:
- Strong JavaScript / Node.js: You must be comfortable writing and debugging backend logic.
- Vercel Experience: You know how to set up projects, manage environment variables, and deploy.
- API Proficiency: You have hands-on experience with working with REST APIs.
- Experience with AI Models: You have worked with OpenAI API or similar. You understand prompts, tokens, and temperature.
- Problem Solver: You don't just write code; you figure out why something isn't working and fix it quickly.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Apps Script (useful for internal tool integrations).
- Experience with OpenAI(or equivalent) APIs.
- Knowledge of automation platforms like n8n or Zapier.
