We’re hiring a part-time AI Software Engineer to help design and deploy practical AI tools across multiple fast-growing companies.

You’ll work directly with a founder-led ecosystem spanning:

AI automation agency (Flathead.ai)

Real estate + outdoor hospitality brands

Service businesses (painting, home services)

Media + internal AI tools

This role is for someone who likes shipping real systems, not just experimenting in notebooks.

???? What You’ll Work On

AI-powered internal tools and SaaS prototypes

LLM-backed workflows and copilots

Backend services for AI features

Integrations across CRMs and business ops tools

Automation and orchestration systems

You’ll help take ideas from:
concept ? prototype ? production

???? Core Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered features

Build backend systems and APIs for LLM applications

Integrate models via OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source stacks

Implement retrieval (RAG), embeddings, and data pipelines

Deploy lightweight production systems quickly

Optimize for reliability, cost, and speed
