We need a financial data cleanup specialist who can handle:
- Granular-level financial data reconciliation across complex business structures (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, AR, Vendor Recon)
- High-pressure deadline management while maintaining 100??curacy
- Independent problem-solving of complex accounting discrepancies
- Proactive identification and resolution of financial irregularities
- Core Responsibilities for Elite Performers
- Execute comprehensive book-cleanup projects with tight deadlines
- Perform detailed adjusting entries with a deep understanding of tax implications
- Master QuickBooks Online for complex multi-entity structures
- Conduct advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets
- Manage full-cycle AR/AP, invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Deliver precise categorization and accounting across diverse business models

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- Proven track record in US accounting with demonstrable results
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online AND Desktop
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex data manipulation
- Exceptional English communication - written and verbal
- Night shift availability - this is not flexible
- Autonomous work style - you must be self-directed and proactive
