Private Matchmaking Concierge (Client Relationship Coordinator)

We are seeking a long-term Matchmaking Concierge to support a private international relationship concierge service.

This is NOT a sales role and NOT customer support.

The position focuses on thoughtful, one-to-one relationship coordination and communication with carefully vetted clients.

You will act as a calm, professional intermediary helping coordinate introductions and conversations between individuals seeking long-term relationships.

Core Responsibilities

Managing one client relationship at a time with discretion and professionalism
Conducting structured conversations and interviews via chat and email
Coordinating introductions and meetings
Maintaining detailed, but organised records
Responding thoughtfully and empathetically to enquiries
Partner outreach when not actively handling a client (agencies, networks, professional partners)

Requires emotional intelligence and maturity
No aggressive selling or persuasion
Quality and discretion over speed or volume
Training, scripts, and operational systems are provided.

Ideally we are looking for someone interested in a long-term professional role, not short-term freelancing.
