E-Commerce Buyer / Sourcer

About Us:

We are a fast-growing UK e-commerce company selling international grocery products across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Temu, processing 10,000+ parcels per week.

We are hiring a Buyer / Sourcer to research new products and suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and make commercial decisions that impact profitability. This is not an admin role - your thinking matters more than your typing speed.

Full training provided. You do not need e-commerce or buying experience to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify new products and potential suppliers.
* Prepare purchase orders based on sales data, stock levels, and lead times.
* Assess whether suppliers and products are a commercial fit for the business.
* Use AI-powered tools to analyse sales velocity, margins, and stock cover.
* Communicate your reasoning clearly to management.

Requirements:
* Strong research skills and ability to evaluate information critically.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Clear communicator who can explain their decision-making.
* Self-starter who investigates before acting.
* Comfortable learning to work with data.
* Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PHT (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM GMT) with a 1 hour lunch break. These hours are not flexible.
* Professional webcam/audio setup and reliable internet.

Compensation:
* Php 32,500/month (paid bi-weekly), review to Php 37,500 at 3 months based on performance.
* Pro-rated 13th-month pay.
