JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

This Executive Assistant role supports the CEO directly in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Priorities can shift multiple times in a week, and you’ll often need to make decisions independently while keeping multiple projects aligned.

Who this is for:

The EA who succeeds is confident, proactive, and adaptable. You’ll need to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly under pressure. While the role is demanding, it’s incredibly rewarding in terms of learning, impact, and exposure to executive-level decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Keeping the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities organized, and catching conflicts before they happen.
2. Acting as the CEO’s right hand: making sure messages, updates, and follow-ups happen smoothly across teams.
3. Drafting and reviewing emails, presentations, and reports so they’re clear and professional.
4. Taking ownership of high-priority projects from start to finish, often with little direction.
5. Tracking deadlines and progress on multiple projects, flagging any potential problems early.
6. Doing research, summarizing info, and presenting solutions that make the CEO’s life easier.
7. Being the point person for internal and external partners, always professional and discreet.
8. Adapting quickly when priorities shift or last-minute requests come in—staying calm is key.
9. Finding ways to improve processes and workflows so things run more smoothly.

Must-Have:

> Proven experience supporting a senior executive, ideally a CEO or high-level leader.
> Superb organizational skills—you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
> Excellent communication—clear, concise, and confident in both speaking and writing.
> Strong problem-solving skills—you can make decisions and figure things out independently.
> Emotional intelligence and resilience—you stay composed even when things get hectic or tricky.
> Discretion—you know how to handle sensitive info carefully.
> Tech-savvy with calendars, communication tools, and docs.

Nice-to-Have:

i. Experience in strategic projects or operations.
ii. Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
iii. Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

If you like fast-paced work, making an impact, and being in the center of everything, this is a place where you can shine. You’ll learn a ton, grow quickly, and work closely with the CEO to help the company run like a well-oiled machine.
