Funding Specialist / Credit & Finance Strategist (Base + Commission)

    •    $75 per high-limit approval

About Us

We are a U.S.-based credit repair and funding strategy company helping individuals and business owners secure personal and business funding through strategic sequencing and credit positioning.

We are expanding our Funding Department and building a structured Funding CRM. We are looking for someone experienced in credit analysis and funding strategy who can help maximize approvals for our clients.

Role Overview

You will manage funding from analysis to approval.

This includes:

• Reviewing 3-bureau credit reports
• Determining funding readiness
• Structuring funding sequences
• Researching banks and credit unions
• Assisting with and submitting applications
• Tracking approvals, limits, and denials
• Updating CRM and Excel tracking sheets
• Communicating with clients throughout the process

This is a strategy-based role, not just application submission.

Commission Structure

• $50 for every approved account
• $75 for every high-limit approval

High-limit approval = approvals that meet or exceed company-defined threshold (to be discussed during onboarding).

The more approvals you generate, the more you earn.

Core Responsibilities

Credit File Analysis:
• Evaluate utilization, inquiries, age, derogatories
• Identify approval strength
• Flag weaknesses before applying

Funding Strategy:
• Build and execute funding sequences
• Understand inquiry sensitivity
• Track soft vs hard pulls
• Avoid overexposure in a funding round

Tracking & Reporting:
• Maintain Excel tracking sheets
• Log applications submitted
• Track approvals and limits
• Record denial reasons
• Monitor funding sequence progress
• Update CRM consistently

Client Communication:
Email clients instructions and updates
• Guide them through applications
• Collect required documentation
• Provide approval updates

Goal:
Maximize funding approvals while minimizing denials.

Requirements

• Experience with personal funding
• Experience with business funding
• Strong understanding of credit analysis
• Knowledge of funding sequences
• Excel proficiency
• Strong English communication
• Organized and results-driven

Bonus:
• Prior funding company experience
• Understanding underwriting logic
• Experience structuring funding rounds
