Xclusive Care Services is a Georgia-based homecare agency providing skilled and non-skilled services to medically fragile pediatric and adult clients under Medicaid waiver programs including GAPP and ICWP. We are expanding and seeking an experienced Homecare Recruiter to help us hire qualified RNs, LPNs, and PCAs quickly and efficiently.

## ???? Position Summary

The Homecare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified nursing and caregiver staff. The ideal candidate understands healthcare compliance, Georgia licensure verification, and Medicaid documentation requirements.

## ???? Responsibilities

* Source RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and PCAs using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
* Conduct phone and virtual interviews
* Verify Georgia licenses via the GA Board of Nursing
* Confirm CPR/BLS certifications
* Coordinate background checks and TB screening
* Perform OIG/GSA exclusion checks
* Maintain applicant tracking spreadsheet
* Provide daily or weekly recruiting reports
* Assist with staffing open pediatric and adult cases

## ? Qualifications

* 1+ year healthcare recruiting experience (Homecare preferred)
* Experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, CNAs, or PCAs
* Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs (GAPP or ICWP preferred)
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience with Indeed Resume search
* Ability to work EST hours
* Familiar with Google Sheets or Excel

* 20–40 outbound contacts daily
* 5–10 qualified candidates weekly
* Fill open cases within 2 days
* Maintain accurate compliance documentation
