| ABOUT THE ROLE |

We are hiring for one role and looking for a diamond. You are rare, and so are we.

This Operational Efficiency Consultant will join our long term and well established Filipino team at My Ultimate Events, Australia’s leading events company for hens, bucks, and corporate team celebrations.

This is not a basic admin role. This is not a robotic process role.

This is a thinking role!

You will work directly with our Business Delivery Manager and play a critical role in ensuring events, systems, and processes genuinely work in the real world.

Your focus is operational readiness, problem prevention, system improvement, and intelligent support across event delivery, client experience, and internal performance.

You will review confirmed events, pressure test bookings, identify risks before they become issues, and apply logic to ensure everything is set up to run smoothly for clients and suppliers on the day or night of the event.

You will also support feedback management, client communication, supplier negotiation, and operational problem solving. This requires judgement, intuition, and commercial awareness, not scripts.

There are administrative tasks involved, but they are never mindless. Everything you do has context, logic, and impact.

This role sits at the intersection of structure and thinking.
Process matters. Accuracy matters. Logic matters.

| CORE RESPONSIBILITIES |

-Review confirmed events to ensure they are operationally sound and genuinely ready to run
-Review the full booking journey to identify risks, gaps, timing issues, or logical inconsistencies
-Apply problem solving to ensure events will work for clients, suppliers, and the business
-Identify root causes of issues rather than treating symptoms
-Work with the Business Delivery Manager to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
-Manage client feedback with professionalism, empathy, and commercial logic
-Liaise with suppliers to understand constraints, options, and realistic solutions
-Ensure clients feel heard while protecting business policy and system integrity
-Answer inbound phone calls from existing clients and think clearly in live situations
-Support performance and process oversight by identifying where processes are not being followed or where processes themselves need improvement
-Step in during peak periods or team absences to support CRM admin, client support, confirmations, and operational tasks
-Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and follow through at all times

This role requires judgement, not box ticking.

| YOU MUST HAVE |

-Previous experience in operations, admin, client support, coordination, or similar roles that required judgement and problem solving
-Strong written English with excellent attention to detail across spelling, tone, and logic
-Experience using CRM systems and working within structured processes
-Confidence speaking with clients by phone when required
-Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
-Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, and CRM systems
-A quiet home office, fast wired internet, and a Windows PC
-Previous offshore experience with an Australian, UK, or US based company is an advantage

| WORK HOURS |

Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm Brisbane time
(6:00am to 3:00pm Manila time)

Breaks
Two paid 10 minute breaks per day
One unpaid 1 hour lunch break

These hours are essential to maintain operational rhythm with our Australian team.

| SALARY AND BENEFITS |

-50000 PHP Per Month + Bonuses + PTO
-13th month pay
