JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Short-Form Video Editing (Primary)
*Edit 5–20+ short-form videos per day optimized for TikTok and TikTok Shop
*Edit short video/audio podcast (2 episodes a month)
*Create tight, fast-paced edits where cuts feel natural and almost unnoticeable
*Incorporate:
**Multiple camera angles
**Product close-ups
**Usage demonstrations
**On-screen text and captions that improve retention and conversions
*Enhance videos to match a more premium, brand-friendly aesthetic (lighting, color, polish)
*Adapt edits to current TikTok creative trends and algorithm preferences
*Utilize preferred settings in CapCut and suggest others that would make content better

Creative Input & Optimization
*Provide creative suggestions such as:
**What shots are missing
**When pacing needs to be faster
**When structure should change to improve hook and retention
*Help improve content quality and viewer retention over time, not just execute instructions

Fast Turnaround & Workflow
*Deliver edits on very tight timelines, often within 24 hours
*Organize files, exports, and versions efficiently
*Work within a fast-changing content schedule that may shift daily

AI-Assisted Editing & Localization (Future Phase)
*Learn and use AI tools to:
**Speed up editing workflows
**Assist with repurposing content
**Support future Spanish-language versions using AI voice and lip-sync tools (training provided)
*Follow new AI-based workflows as systems are implemented

Cross-Platform Repurposing (Secondary)
*Prepare videos for reposting on:
**Instagram Reels
**Facebook Reels
*Maintain correct formats, captions, and technical specs per platform

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
*3+ years of video production experience
*Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
*Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
*Proven expertise in editing short-form TikTok content, preferably using CapCut (not YouTube-style long-form videos)
*Strong understanding of:
**TikTok pacing and hooks
**Product-driven storytelling
**TikTok Shop style content
*Ability to edit:
**Talking-head videos
**Product demos
**Lifestyle shots
**Voiceover videos
*Strong eye for:
**Timing
**Visual flow
**Brand presentation
*Content that converts sales and retains viewers
*Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
*Open to learning and using AI tools to improve efficiency
*Excellent organization and file management

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
*Computer - at least i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
*Internet Speed - At least 100 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Part-Time (potentially move into full-time depending on business needs and performance ) - 4 hours daily / 20 hours weekly
Schedule: 3PM-7PM EST M-F // 4AM-8AM PHT
Salary Range: PHP 30,000- PHP 40,000 monthly, Depending on experience
