Personal Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist (VA)

We are looking for a full-time Personal Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist who will represent Sariah across her social platforms (Facebook personal & business, Instagram, TikTok). You will engage, amplify, encourage, and convert by authentically communicating as if you are her — with warmth, clarity, and light.

This role is not technical posting only — it’s community building through conversation, intentional engagement, and relationship development.

???? HOURS

Full Time: 8–5 or 9–6 (M-Sat)
Tuesday OFF every week
Work in office main room (not remote).

???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?? Daily Engagement Blocks

You’ll work in intentional blocks, including:

Morning Engagement – start with replies and authentic comments on the personal feed

Midday Community Engagement – daily group conversation participation

Afternoon Follow-Up & DM Building – relationship nurturing

End-of-Day Recap – reports and lead tracking

???? Platform Engagement

Reply meaningfully to every comment (5+ word responses)

Join and thoughtfully comment in target Facebook groups

Respond to TikTok comments daily

Respond to IG comments and DMs

React to Instagram stories for engagement

???? Community Conversations

You’ll respond with purpose to:

family photos

happy announcements

people struggling emotionally

local/community posts

mindset shares

political threads through love, calm, unity, and community focus (no debating)

You are NOT selling — you’re serving, connecting, and inspiring others.

? Track engagement metrics weekly
? Submit daily reports
? Escalate any uncertain response to leadership

???? QUALIFICATIONS

? Strong written communication
? Social media familiarity (FB, IG, TikTok)
? Empathy and emotional intelligence
? Comfortable engaging with public audiences
? Team player with initiative
? Ability to read tone and respond in emotional + supportive ways

Marketing degrees and certifications appreciated but not required.
