We are looking for a highly motivated DM Setter & Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for engaging with potential clients through direct messages, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Review my social media page to see my niche
This position is ideal for someone who understands sales conversations, lead qualification, and appointment setting, not just sending messages.
You will play a key role in helping us convert interested prospects into booked calls with qualified leads.
Responsibilities
• Send outbound and respond to inbound DMs across social platforms
• Engage prospects in conversation and qualify leads using our scripts and frameworks
• Book appointments for qualified leads with our sales team
• Track conversations and leads in our CRM
• Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture interest
• Tag and organize leads based on qualification level (Cold / Warm / Hot)
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and appointments
• Provide daily reporting on activity and results
Required Experience
Candidates must have experience using the following platforms:
• Go High Level (CRM and appointment scheduling)
• ManyChat (automation & messaging)
•
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Revio (or similar lead tracking systems)
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has DM setting or appointment setting experience
• Understands sales psychology and qualifying leads
• Can communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is reliable and communicates proactively
• Can work independently in a remote environment
• Is comfortable tracking metrics and performance
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
• Sales experience or closing experience
• Experience in coaching, consulting, education, or service-based businesses
• Experience working with CRM pipelines and lead funnels
