Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to do Appointment setting

I’m looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our Investors team to do cold calling to motivated homeowners, evaluate their motivation to sell, and schedule qualified appointments for our Acquisitions manager to assess and present a cash offer.
The work involves using a dialer to make phone calls, determine homeowners’ motivation to sell, and maintain high-quality calls and conversion rate. The use of a reliable personal computer, high internet speed availability, strong English-speaking skills, and being detail-oriented are important to do the work.
It’s a part-time position with a base pay and bonus for closed deals.
