Remote Logistics Scheduler

We are an established Australian removals and storage company operating nationally across multiple states. We are looking for a full-time Remote Interstate Scheduler to join our growing team.

This is a long-term position with stability, structure, and clear processes. We are looking for someone organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure.

This is not a simple data-entry role. You will be coordinating freight movements across Australia.

Your Responsibilities

Reviewing new interstate bookings daily

Scheduling container deliveries and collections

Coordinating rail bookings

Updating internal tracking spreadsheets

Monitoring cubic metre volumes and freight utilisation

Processing job variations and address updates

Following up on pre-delivery payments

Communicating with clients via email

Maintaining accurate records in our transport system

You will work closely with our Interstate Commercial Manager and Australian operations team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has previous logistics, freight, dispatch, or scheduling experience

Is highly organised and detail oriented

Is comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel required)

Has strong written English communication

Can follow structured processes

Is calm under pressure

Takes ownership of tasks

Can work Australian business hours (8am - 4pm AEST)

Experience in transport, freight forwarding, container movements, or supply chain is highly regarded.
