JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands and are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented researcher to help us discover new product opportunities by scanning the Facebook Ad Library.

This is a simple, focused role. You will search the Facebook Ad Library for brands that are actively running a high volume of ads (100+ active ads), confirm they sell a physical product, and log them into a Google Sheet. That’s the core of the job.

The business owner reviews your list weekly and d ---------- what to pursue. Your job is volume and accuracy.

What You’ll Do
• Search the Facebook Ad Library using keyword lists we provide (and that you’ll expand over time)
• Find brands running 100 or more active ads that sell physical products
• Log each qualifying brand into a Google Sheet with: brand name, Facebook Ad Library link, landing page URL, number of active ads, country, and niche category
• Ensure no duplicates in the sheet
• Skip brands that sell products on our avoid list (we’ll provide this)
• Deliver a minimum of 100 new qualifying brands per week

That’s It

There are no reports to write. No analysis to do. No recommendations to make. You search, you count ads, you log links. The simpler you keep it, the better you’ll perform in this role.

Schedule & Hours
• Part-time: 5-10 hours per week
• Flexible schedule — work whenever suits you, as long as the sheet is updated by end of day Friday each week
• No meetings. No calls. You receive instructions via a shared Google Doc and deliver via the Google Sheet.

Compensation
• Up to $150 USD per month (part-time, 5-10 hours/week)
• Paid monthly via direct bank transfer
• Potential to grow into additional research tasks (competitor analysis, ad creative analysis) at higher pay if you perform well

Requirements
• You have a Facebook account and can access the Facebook Ad Library (>facebook.com/ads/library)
• Reliable internet connection
• Comfortable using Google Sheets (basic — you’re entering data into rows, not building formulas)
• Detail-oriented — links must work, ad counts must be accurate, no duplicates
• Self-motivated — nobody will check on you daily. You either deliver 40 brands on Friday or you don’t.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce (you know what a "landing page" is, you can tell the difference between a physical product and a digital course)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with eCommerce, dropshipping, or online retail
• Familiarity with Facebook advertising or the Ad Library
• Interest in direct-to-consumer brands or online marketing
How to Apply
IMPORTANT: Applications that do not follow these instructions will be immediately rejected.
To apply, send a message that includes ALL of the following:
1. Start your message with the words "AD LIBRARY" so we know you read this entire posting.
2. Go to >facebook.com/ads/library right now. Search for any brand selling a physical product that has 100+ active ads. Tell me: the brand name, roughly how many active ads they have, and what product they sell. This should take you 5 minutes.
3. A link to the brand’s Ad Library page (not a single ad — the full brand page).
4. Your available hours per week and what days you’d typically do this work.
5. Your expected monthly pay in USD.
We’re hiring quickly. Shortlisted candidates will do a 1-day paid trial ($20 USD) before we confirm the role.
