Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor (Italian-Language Creatives for Skincare Brand)

Hi, I’m looking for a skilled full-time video editor to join my team and work on video creatives for my skincare brand. Most of the content will be performance-driven ads, mainly for Facebook.

- Responsibilities

Edit based on a script in Italian (the creatives are built around Italian text/voiceover)

Match visuals/clips precisely to what is being said, with strong pacing and storytelling

Produce short-form ad creatives (1 to 3 minute) optimized for Facebook (hooks, fast cuts, captions, clear structure)

Find and use stock footage when needed (relevant and high-quality)

Use simple AI tools when necessary to create small, specific clips or effects (practical AI use, not heavy VFX)

Deliver clean exports and organized project files when requested

Experience with e-commerce ads

Familiarity with mash-up ad style and conversion-focused editing

Ability to suggest improvements to hooks, structure, and visuals
