We’re looking for a highly skilled, tech-forward Creative Assistant / Virtual Assistant to help produce, edit, and distribute digital content, build websites, and support online marketing efforts using modern tools and AI.

This role is ideal for someone who understands content creation, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms like Google and Meta Ads.

???? Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing

???? Edit podcasts (audio cleanup, intro/outro, clips, publishing)

???? Edit long-form videos (YouTube, interviews, courses)

???? Create short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

???? Create thumbnails, graphics, and social media visuals

Website & Digital Assets

???? Build and maintain websites or landing pages (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

???? Create PowerPoint and presentation decks using AI tools

???? Organize digital files and content libraries

AI & Virtual Assistant Tasks

???? Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Descript, etc.) to generate:

Content

Presentations

Social posts

Marketing materials

???? Upload and schedule content

???? Assist with email formatting and admin tasks

???? Perform online research when needed

Paid Advertising (Google & Meta)

???? Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

???? Create and manage Google Ads campaigns

???? Set up targeting, audiences, and retargeting

???? Monitor performance and optimize campaigns

???? Help improve ROI and conversions

???? Assist with A/B testing creatives and audiences

???? Required Skills

Experience editing podcasts and videos

Experience creating Reels, Shorts, and social media content

Experience building websites or landing pages

Experience using AI tools for content and presentations

Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads

Strong English communication skills

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

SEO knowledge
