Schedule: Monday – Friday, U.S. Business Hours

Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI-first creator to join a specialized group of engineers and creatives at a leading U.S. TV advertising agency. Our client believes TV is the most powerful marketing channel, but they’ve rebuilt the agency model to make it more efficient and scalable.

This role is for a technical artist who doesn't just "generate" content but knows how to bridge the gap between interesting AI experiments and professional, broadcast-quality work. You will be responsible for producing high-end visuals for national TV campaigns, blending cutting-edge generative tools with traditional editing to deliver polished, "shippable" results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce high-end AI content using generative tools to create unique visuals and video for national TV campaigns.
- Blend AI-generated footage with traditional tools (Premiere/After Effects) to deliver polished, broadcast-ready assets.
- Experiment relentlessly by being the first to test new models and finding ways to push creative boundaries.
- Move fluidly from initial concept to the final cut, owning the creative process throughout.
- Proactively solve technical hurdles in the "messy middle" of new tool adoption.

Qualifications:

- *Proven portfolio showing intentional, high-fidelity AI visuals, not just raw generations.*
- Mindset: A "Rebel Against Ordinary" who is hungry, humble, and driven by relentless learning.

Technical Skills:

- * Mastery of Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Luma Dream Machine, Veo, Sora, Kling, Pika, etc.*
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects.
- Model-agnostic approach with a clear point of view on which tool is best for specific creative tasks.
- Strong technical aptitude for "hacking" new tools to achieve specific, intentional results.

Soft Skills:

- Naturally curious with a creative eye for what is truly "ready to ship".
- Calm confidence when facing challenges and the ability to pivot quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset ("Team is Hero") that prioritizes collective success over individual ego.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work without a manual.
