We are now hiring a Customer Success & Support Coordinator to support our Growth team.

What This Role Involves
This is a hybrid role combining:
Customer calls
Proactive follow-ups
Basic troubleshooting
CRM updates
Ticket coordination
Sales data collection
You will help ensure our customers feel supported and that no issue or opportunity is missed.
Responsibilities
Call Customers Daily
Call newly onboarded customers
Call existing customers to check satisfaction
Ask if they need help
Identify issues early
Coordinate internally until resolved
You must be comfortable speaking on the phone daily.
Handle Incoming Calls
Answer politely and professionally
Understand the issue
Log details clearly
Raise tickets when required
Learn Basic Troubleshooting
You will be trained to:
Fix simple account issues
Guide customers step-by-step
Escalate technical issues properly
CRM & Ticket Management
Update CRM daily
Raise support tickets clearly
Ensure no follow-up is missed
Maintain clean records
Sales Support (Data Collection)
Collect structured data such as:
Restaurant name
Address
Contact details
Google review count
Delivery platform presence
Working Hours
UK Hours: 9am–5pm (GMT/BST)
Full-time
Occasional flexibility required if tea
You must be reliable during these hours.

Compensation
$600 – $800 per month (depending on ability, not just experience)
