We are hiring 2 EXPERIENCED professionals only.

This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are NOT training from scratch.
We are looking for someone who has already worked in the U.S. Air Duct Cleaning industry.

? MUST HAVE – NON-NEGOTIABLE:

? Previous experience working for a U.S.-based Air Duct Cleaning company

? Experience answering inbound calls from American customers

? Proven experience booking NEW appointments

? Proven experience closing ESTIMATES over the phone

? Strong understanding of HVAC / Air Duct / Dryer Vent / Chimney services

? Neutral or American-sounding English (minimal to no accent)

? Stable high-speed internet + backup connection

? Quiet professional work environment

???? Your Role:

You will be responsible for:

Answering inbound calls

Handling leads from ads & marketing campaigns

Booking new service appointments

Following up on unsold estimates

Closing deals confidently

Updating CRM systems accurately

Managing schedules and dispatch coordination

Working with spreadsheets and internal tracking systems

This is a sales-driven role, not just answering calls.

Base Salary: $300/month

$5 per showed appointment

$10 per closed estimate
