JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a VA who can handle:

- Editing long-form videos for YouTube
- Scriptwriting with AI and premade prompts
- AI voiceover generation

We run multiple channels and are constantly launching more.

You need to be someone who pays close attention to the content you're creating. You should know the basics of editing and care about what you're producing. This means:

- Making sure visuals in the edit logically match what's being discussed. Visuals must be relevant, not randomply picked.
- Following our SOPs carefully and consistently
- Caring about the final product, not just pushing out content to hit a deadline

Technical skills required:

- Video editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut, etc.) - you should be comfortable with long-form edits
- Being able to source for video footage, images, and other material that match the script
- AI tools for images, video, and voice over (Nano Banana Pro, Seedream, Heygen, VEO, ElevenLabs, etc.) and basic prompting skills (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) — you should know how to use AI to your advantage even though we usually provide premade prompts.
- Basic image editing skills for creating or adjusting visuals
- A capable PC or laptop that can handle renders of 4–12 GB files without taking forever

Preferred (not required):

We will provide detailed SOPs for every niche and we will help and explain if something isn't clear.

Not a requirement but a huge plus: Ability to watch a reference video and imitate its style, pacing, and feel without needing overly detailed instructions.

The right mindset:
- You're okay with "simple" editing if it performs better
- You study what works on YouTube, not just what looks cool
- You can explain your design decisions based on viewer psychology
- You're self-sufficient
- You actually watch the videos you make and ask yourself "does this make sense?"

Compensation: $350/month

How to apply:
- Introduce yourself and explain briefly why you think you'd be a good fit for this position
- Attach your portfolio of long-form videos you've edited
- Include links to YouTube channels you worked with or specific YouTube videos you worked on

We DON'T need:
- Someone who hasn't edited long-form videos before or has only edited shorts
- Someone who "wants to learn" on the job
- Someone who edits on autopilot without checking if the content actually makes sense

Hope to hear from you soon!
