We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service & Collections Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to professionally follow up with clients who have overdue loan payments.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients with unpaid or overdue loan balances
Follow up consistently to collect payments and resolve outstanding accounts
Communicate professionally and clearly via phone calls and
Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive situations
Negotiate payment arrangements when needed
Maintain accurate notes and records of client conversations
Ensure all communication reflects company standards and professionalism
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence speaking on the phone
Experience in customer service, billing, or collections is a major advantage
Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
Able to handle difficult conversations calmly and respectfully
Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up tasks
Must have a stable internet connection and a professional work environment
