Role Overview
We are building a structured backend for a credit restoration and funding company.

We need a GHL expert to:
• Build intake workflows
• Automate onboarding sequences
• Create pipeline stages
• Configure triggers
• Set up compliance reminders
• Integrate forms
• Create automation logic trees
• Maintain CRM structure
• Implement conditional logic based on client status

Responsibilities
• Build client onboarding pipeline
• Create automation triggers:
• Intake form completed
• Documents uploaded
• Dispute round sent
• 30-day follow-up reminders
• Set up:
• Email sequences
• SMS reminders
• Task assignments
• Integrate Jotform / Typeform if needed
• Build:
• Status dashboards
• Client portal logic
• Organize tagging systems
• Maintain structured database hygiene

Required Experience
• 2+ years working inside GoHighLevel
• Advanced automation building
• Trigger logic configuration
• CRM structuring
• Pipeline optimization
• API integrations (preferred)
• Zapier experience (bonus)

KPIs
• Zero broken automations
• Clean workflow structure
• Organized tagging
• No duplicate triggers
• Efficient client onboarding flow
