We are launching a premium ecommerce brand built around precision, restraint and elevated presentation. This is not a fast fashion project and it is not a short-term dropshipping experiment. We are building a long-term brand asset with strong positioning and high standards.
We are looking for a performance-driven operator to take full ownership of paid media and creative testing from day one. You will be responsible for generating profitable revenue through structured campaign strategy and disciplined optimisation. You will not be micromanaged, but you will be measured on performance.
Your primary responsibility will be planning, launching and managing Meta/Google advertising campaigns. You must understand how to structure campaigns properly for ecommerce, how to test multiple creative angles at once, how to identify winning ads, and how to scale while protecting profitability. You should be confident working with budgets and making independent optimisation decisions based on real performance data.
In addition to managing paid traffic, you will oversee creative testing output. This includes developing weekly creative testing plans, identifying strong hooks and messaging angles, editing or briefing short-form video creatives, and continuously iterating based on data. You must understand that creative is the primary driver of performance and be capable of producing or coordinating consistent variations each week.
You will also be responsible for reporting. This includes tracking cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, conversion rate, click-through rate and overall profitability. A weekly written summary explaining performance insights and proposed improvements is required. You should be comfortable identifying problems before being asked.
Experience managing ecommerce accounts with real ad spend is required. You must understand how to test, scale and cut campaigns without emotional decision-making. Experience with Shopify brands is strongly preferred. TikTok advertising and Google Shopping experience are considered a bonus but are not mandatory.
Compensation will include a fixed base plus a performance-based bonus tied to profitability. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a brand and be rewarded for results.
