JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
Umteen Company is looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help build our sales pipeline. Your goal is NOT to close sales, but to find the right people, verify their information, and initiate the first contact to book a discovery call on my calendar.

Key Responsibilities

Targeted Research: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Clay, and industry directories to find companies that fit our "Ideal Customer Profile."

Lead Verification: Find the email addresses of CEOs/Owners using tools like ---------- , ---------- , or ---------- .

First-Touch Outreach: Send personalized, non-spammy initial messages via Email or LinkedIn.

CRM Management: Update our lead tracking sheet (Google Sheets/HubSpot) daily with zero errors.

Appointment Setting: Manage the back-and-forth to get interested prospects to book a time on our team Google Calendar.


Required Skills

Excellent Written English: You must be able to write clearly without sounding like a robot.

Data Accuracy: You take pride in ensuring every email address and name is 100% correct.

Tool Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and at least one lead-finding tool (Apollo, Hunter, etc.).

Persistence: You aren't discouraged if 90% of people don't reply; you focus on the 10% who do.
