Crypto Exchange - Previous staff

We are looking to connect with individuals who have firsthand experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange, or who can directly introduce us to someone who does.

Who we’re looking for:
Current employees at cryptocurrency exchanges.
Former employees of cryptocurrency exchanges.
Individuals with direct access to, or strong relationships with, current exchange staff.

Experience at major platforms such as Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, or Bybit, or similar exchanges is highly relevant.

Why we’re reaching out:
We are conducting industry-focused research and strategic initiatives that require practical insight into exchange operations, compliance, risk, growth, partnerships, and market structure. Direct experience within an exchange environment is essential.

Important:
Applicants must either currently work at a crypto exchange, have previously worked at a crypto exchange, or be able to provide a direct introduction to someone who does.
