???? Responsibilities
Core Editing Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–20 minutes)
- Transform raw footage into engaging, retention-optimized videos

Add:
- Motion graphics
- Zooms, highlights, and animated emphasis
- Memes and visual humor
- Sound effects and music
- Text overlays and visual storytelling elements
- Ensure visuals always match the voiceover and reinforce what is being explained

Maintain strong pacing and eliminate dead space while keeping natural flow

Advanced Editing Task
- Create dynamic motion using zoom crops, Basic 3D, and camera movement
- Apply professional sound design and smooth audio transitions
- Use YouTube mockups, screen recordings, and visual demonstrations
- Use facecam framing techniques to guide viewer attention
- Apply branded transitions, number counters, and storytelling effects

You MUST have:
- Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills
- Strong understanding of YouTube retention editing
- Advanced pacing and storytelling ability
- Professional sound design skills
- Motion graphics experience
- Strong instinct for humor and meme timing
- Experience editing educational, business, or YouTube growth content

Bonus skills:
- After Effects
- YouTube automation editing experience
- Experience editing for YouTube creators with 100k+ subscribers
- Experience using Mister Horse or similar tools
