E-commerce Supply Chain Manager (Amazon FBA)

We are a fast-growing European e-commerce brand importing containers from China and selling across Amazon EU/UK and ---------- .

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Supply Chain Manager to fully own execution and inventory control.

This is NOT a virtual assistant role.
This is a control and risk-prevention role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders in Airtable
• Monitor supplier production weekly
• Coordinate QC inspections
• Manage FBA shipments (EU & UK)
• Oversee AGL & LVB planning
• Monitor stock levels daily
• Prevent stockouts
• Provide structured weekly risk reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years Amazon FBA experience
• Experience with international freight
• Strong Airtable / spreadsheet skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive risk mindset
