French Market Chat Sales Operator (Performance-Based / Long-Term)

We are SOLOMONDE PRIVATE, an international digital management structure working with premium creators.

We are hiring a French-speaking Chat Sales Operator to manage conversations and generate revenue on the French market.

?? This role is strictly for the French market.

This is NOT customer support.
This is a performance-based digital sales position.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage private conversations in French
• Build emotional engagement with subscribers
• Upsell premium content (PPV)
• Maintain consistency in tone and persona
• Follow structured scripts and daily reporting

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong written French (natural, fluent, no Google Translate style)
• Sales mindset
• Comfortable with mature content environments
• High discipline & confidentiality
• Long-term availability

Compensation

$3–$5/hour + performance commission
