Facebook Groups Posting & Lead Generation VA

We are a licensed Japanese real estate company specializing in vacant houses.

We are hiring a long-term, full-time independent contractor to support social media posting and lead engagement.
(This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.)

Main responsibilities:

• Post approved property information on social media platforms
• Monitor comments and move interested users to private messages
• Transition serious inquiries to WhatsApp group chats
• Maintain daily activity and lead tracking logs

This is a support role focused on consistency and daily execution.
You will not handle contracts, negotiations, or legal matters.
All professional procedures are handled by our licensed team.

Compensation Structure:

• Base pay: PHP 8,000 per month
• Performance bonus:
– PHP 200 per qualified WhatsApp group lead
– PHP 4,000 per closed deal (after confirmed contract and payment)

This role includes both fixed monthly pay and performance-based bonuses.
There is strong earning potential depending on your output and consistency.

Training materials and structured posting guidelines will be provided.
We are looking for someone reliable who can work consistently on a daily basis.
