About the Role
We are seeking a talented and imaginative Children's Book Illustrator & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this dynamic role, you will bring stories to life through compelling illustrations and design a wide range of visual materials — from whimsical children's books to eye-catching brochures and create digital ads (web design is a plus). Key Responsibilities
Create original illustrations for children's books, including character design, scene composition, and cover art
Design professional brochures, flyers, and print marketing materials for various clients and campaigns
Develop compelling digital and print advertisements that align with brand guidelines
Collaborate with authors, editors, and marketing teams to translate ideas into engaging visual narratives
Produce layouts for multi-page publications, ensuring design consistency and visual flow
Create social media graphics, banners, and digital content optimized for various platforms
Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients
Maintain organized project files and adhere to production deadlines
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present creative concepts to the team

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in illustration and/or graphic design
Proven portfolio showcasing children's book illustration, character design, and graphic design work
Must know how to use AI applications
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to creative feedback

Procreate or equivalent digital drawing app

Project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.)
Cloud file management (Google Drive, Dropbox)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-assisted design workflows and generative art tools
Background in children's educational content or publishing industry
Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for press
Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
Familiarity with brand identity development
