About Us
We are a European manufacturer of professional mobile hand hygiene systems used in commercial vehicles. Over 50,000 professionals already use our systems. We sell strictly B2B. Our customers are fleet operators and national distributors.
We are expanding into the UK, Europe, and selected international markets including the US and Japan.
This role is about building new markets — not maintaining existing accounts.
The Role
You will drive outbound sales into:
- UK fleet operators
- European fleet customers
- International distributors and importers
So 75% of your time have to align with EU/UK business hours - but we are flexible in planning.
This is a hunting role.
You will open doors, create pipeline, and move prospects toward structured commercial evaluations.
You will work directly with the founder. Your performance will directly impact international expansion.
What You Will Be Measured On:
Qualified fleet trials generated
Qualified distributor evaluation meetings
Structured pipeline growth
Consistent outbound activity
Clean CRM documentation
This is KPI-driven and performance-based.
What You Will Do
Cold call fleet managers, operations directors and HSE leaders
Identify current hygiene setup in commercial vehicles
Create interest and secure structured evaluation meetings
Identify and approach national distributors
Qualify commercial capability and market coverage
Move conversations forward with clear next steps
High outbound volume is expected.

Compensation
$1,600/month base
Commission per qualified fleet trial
Commission per qualified distributor evaluation
% of first-year revenue share on sourced accounts
Total earnings are strongly performance-driven. There is NO CEILING for high performers.
