Our client is looking for a Dental Insurance Verification Specialist to support their dental practice by handling insurance verification and benefits confirmation. This role requires someone highly familiar with dental insurance terminology, coverage breakdowns, and communicating directly with insurance companies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and experienced in verifying eligibility, benefits, limitations, and pre-authorizations accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Communicate directly with insurance providers regarding coverage details
- Confirm deductibles, co-pays, annual maximums, waiting periods, and limitations
- Document verification details accurately in the system
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding coverage discrepancies
