Long-Term General VA

Hi, I’m Kay. I’m looking for a full-time Operations/General Assistant for my e-commerce business. I run Facebook ads and manage a few Shopify stores. I started the business in 2024, and it has been steadily growing ever since.

In this role, you will work across multiple key areas of the business. While e-commerce experience is not strictly required, we highly prefer candidates with a basic understanding of Shopify, customer support, or dropshipping. We will provide full training/SOPs. I am looking for a RELIABLE, HARD-WORKING, and GENUINE person who can follow instructions carefully and grow with the business LONG-TERM.

Your Responsibilities:
- Answer customer support emails.
- Launch and manage ads in Facebook Ads Manager.
- Manage Shopify stores.
- Data entry for daily operations.
- Collaborate and communicate with tea ---------- mbers.
- Communicate with suppliers and monitor fulfillment.
- Manage and oversee business tasks and the founder’s schedule.
- Other administrative tasks.

- Good communication skills.
- Learns quickly from SOPs and training.
- Experience in related areas (a big plus).
- The ability to learn new skills and tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail; organized and reliable.
- Proactive! Someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Someone who thinks ahead and takes ownership of their work.
