Instagram DM Appointment Setter (Performance-Based | Marketing Agency)

We are hiring experienced Instagram DM setters for our marketing agency.

Your role is simple: send outbound DMs daily to service-based businesses, start conversations, qualify leads, and book meetings for our sales team.

You are NOT closing. You are starting conversations and booking calls.

KPI:
• 100 DMs per day
• 2 booked meetings every 3 days

This is performance-based. The more quality conversations you create, the more you earn.

Requirements:
• Proven DM setting experience (not beginners)
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with daily KPIs
• Performance-based mindset
• Able to keep conversations flowing naturally

This is not for beginners. We need people who already understand how to build interest, handle light objections, and move conversations toward a booked meeting.
