Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven tea ---------- mber to help expand our short-term rental business by contacting property owners and managers to explore partnership opportunities.
This role focuses on outreach and lead generation and is designed for someone seeking long-term, stable work. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. Strong performers will receive increased responsibilities and higher pay over time.
This is a performance-based role suited for someone comfortable communicating with new people daily and working toward measurable targets.

Key Responsibilities
Send outreach messages via email, SMS, and social platforms
Make high-volume cold calls to property owners and managers
Introduce our short-term rental partnership program
Track all outreach activity in a contact sheet or CRM
Follow up with leads consistently
Maintain organized and accurate records
Meet daily and weekly outreach targets

Requirements
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable with cold calling and sales conversations
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Self-motivated and results-driven
Previous outreach, sales, or VA experience is a plus, but not required
