Marketing Funnel & Automation Specialist (Shopify + Wix)

About the Role

We are building two online brands:

• A luxury eCommerce brand (Shopify)
• A structured personal development and course platform (Wix)

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Funnel & Automation Specialist to build and connect complete marketing systems, from lead capture to email automation and conversion flows.

This is not a general VA role.
This role requires hands-on experience building and connecting full marketing funnels.

Core Responsibilities

You will:

• Build and optimise landing pages for lead capture
• Connect forms to email platforms correctly
• Set up tagging and segmentation logic
• Build welcome email sequences
• Build abandoned cart flows
• Build nurture sequences
• Ensure Shopify and Wix integrate cleanly with the email platform
• Set up tracking pixels properly
• Test automation logic to ensure flows trigger correctly
• Identify and fix broken automation or connection gaps

You will NOT be responsible for:
• Writing long-form copy (copy will be provided)
• Daily social media posting
• Customer service

Required Experience

Must have:

• Proven experience building complete marketing funnels
• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with Wix or similar website platforms
• Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, mailerlite)
• Strong understanding of segmentation and automation triggers
• Ability to connect platforms and ensure systems work correctly

Preferred:

• Experience building funnels for course or coaching brands
• Experience building funnels for eCommerce brands

Work Structure

Part-time to start (5-10hours per week)
