Lead Generation & Research Virtual Assistant (Music Industry)

Hello,

I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help build a contact database for the music and entertainment industry.

Your role will involve researching and finding accurate contact information for:

• DJs and music artists
• Artist managers and booking agencies
• Nightclubs and music venues
• Event promoters and talent buyers

You will be responsible for locating:

• Email addresses
• Instagram accounts
• Booking contacts
• Management information
• Venue contact emails
• Decision maker names where possible

All information will be organised into Google Sheets.

Accuracy is extremely important for this role.

This is ongoing hourly work with flexible hours each week. I will provide clear instructions and artist/venue lists to research.

Good English communication is required.

Responsibilities:

• Research artists and venues online
• Find verified contact information
• Input data accurately into spreadsheets
• Follow instructions carefully
• Provide progress updates

Requirements:

• Strong internet research skills
• Good written English
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• Reliable internet connection

Bonus (not required):

• Lead generation experience

• Music or events industry interest

Hours & Pay:

• Starting 5–10 hours per week
• Long-term work available for the right person
