We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Versatile Virtual Assistant to serve as a key member for our operations. This role is a unique hybrid of marketing analysis, proactive sales, and high-touch customer support.
The ideal candidate is someone who can pivot from analyzing marketing metrics to closing a sales call without missing a beat. You will be responsible for driving lead flow, managing the "front desk" of our digital presence, and ensuring every customer feels valued from their first inquiry to their final walkthrough.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Marketing Strategy & Social Media Management
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs across SEO, PPC, and Social Media channels.
Budget Oversight: Track and review marketing spend to ensure alignment with goals.
Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with vendors and the franchisor to revise marketing plans and maximize lead flow at an acceptable Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports, including insights on Google reviews and overall digital sentiment.
2. Sales & Lead Management
Lead Conversion: Manage web leads to ensure no lead goes cold.
Estimates & Booking: Follow our inbound sales process to provide phone estimates and successfully book one-time cleans.
Volume Tracking: Monitor call volumes and lead sources to identify trends.
Database Hygiene: Maintain meticulous lead management records to support the owner and office.
3. Customer Service & Office Support
Live Phone Coverage: Handle inbound and outbound calls for agreed work hours.
Client Communication: Send appointment confirmations and conduct proactive customer satisfaction/review calls.
Administrative Support: Execute various admin tasks as needed to streamline operations for the owner.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven track record in virtual assistance, specifically within marketing analysis and sales.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SEO/PPC reporting, CRM management, and Microsoft Office/ Excel.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers and translating data into actionable recommendations.
