Job Description

Are you a HighLevel Certified Admin who enjoys building clean, scalable account setups?

I run a US-based marketing and automation company. We onboard service-based businesses into our GoHighLevel platform and build automations, AI systems, and funnels that convert leads into appointments.

I am looking for a sharp, detail-oriented GoHighLevel specialist to take new client accounts from signed agreement to fully launched.

This is not a beginner role.

You must already be very comfortable inside GoHighLevel and understand DNS, automations, and deliverability.

If you enjoy technical setup, clean execution, and solving small logic problems, this will be a great fit.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• A2P Registration
Coach clients through what needs to be added to their website for A2P approval, or implement it yourself.

• DNS Setup for Deliverability
Update client DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, subdomains) to ensure proper email and link tracking deliverability.

• Sub-Account Configuration
Properly configure new sub-accounts using our internal standards.

• Closebot Integration
Add new sub-accounts as sources inside Closebot.

• Automation Customization
Modify workflows and automations based on each client’s needs.

• Funnel Customization
Update templated funnels to match client branding, offer, and messaging.

• Custom Values & Dynamic Data
Ensure all custom values are updated properly so automations fire correctly.

• Marketer’s Toolkit Setup
Add location information and apply correct permission structures.

• Light Troubleshooting
Diagnose and fix minor AI or automation logic issues when clients report unexpected behavior.

Required Qualifications

• HighLevel Certified Admin (please confirm in your application)
• Strong hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel
• Strong understanding of DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CNAME, A records)
• Comfortable working inside workflows and conditional logic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written English
• Able to follow SOPs but also think independently

Bonus:

• Agency experience
• Experience with AI bot configuration
• Experience working with US clients
• Familiarity with Closebot

Hours & Expectations

• 10 to 20 hours per week to start
• Must overlap at least 2 to 3 hours with US Central Time
• Long-term role with potential for full-time
• Performance-based pay increases

Screening Process

Step 2: Paid test task (2 to 3 hours)

Paid Test Task Example

Applicants who move forward will be paid to:

• Set up a test sub-account
• Configure a basic workflow with conditional logic
• Create custom values and apply them to a funnel
• Draft a DNS record configuration plan for deliverability

This helps us ensure we are aligned on quality before long-term engagement.
