Kajabi + Content Operations Specialist (Part-Time, Long-Term Potential)

I run an online guitar coaching and course business and I’m looking for a highly competent, detail-oriented Content Operations Specialist to help me manage video production workflow and Kajabi implementation.

This is NOT a general VA role.

I am looking for someone who executes cleanly, follows detailed SOPs, communicates clearly, takes ownership of quality, and catches mistakes before I do.

You will be helping me during a focused 3–4 month content production sprint, with strong potential for long-term work if it’s a great fit.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Video Production Support:
(1) Edit lesson videos (trim mistakes, tighten pauses, clean flow).
(2) Improve audio quality (noise reduction and leveling).
(3) Ensure guitar and voice are balanced.
(4) Export and name files consistently.
(5) Upload videos into Kajabi.
(6) Format lesson descriptions and summaries.
(7) Link PDFs, tabs, and resources.
(8) Flag anything unclear or inconsistent.

This is clean, professional editing. It is not cinematic editing.

Kajabi Implementation:
(1) Upload lessons and organize modules.
(2) Format lesson pages consistently.
(3) Implement email automations (with guidance).
(4) Update offer pages and content pages.
(5) Maintain clean structure inside Kajabi.
(6) Follow clear step-by-step SOPs.

Kajabi experience is helpful but not required if you are highly comfortable learning new platforms quickly.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
(1) Strong English comprehension (near-native preferred).
(2) Comfortable editing video (Descript, Premiere, CapCut, etc.).
(3) Detail-oriented and organized.
(4) Able to follow detailed instructions exactly.
(5) Comfortable learning new software quickly.
(6) Reliable and communicative.
(7) Able to work independently without constant supervision.

I care deeply about clean execution. I do not want to micromanage or fix frequent mistakes.

HOURS
Starting 4–8 hours per week with potential to increase over time. Long-term opportunity for the right person.
