Job Title: Virtual Personal & Business Assistant (Part-Time, Growth to Full-Time)
Hours: 20–30 hours per week, flexible scheduling but some overlap with EST zone needed

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Personal & Business Assistant to support a busy working mom who manages both a growing business and an active household. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on creating order, anticipating needs, and getting things done efficiently. The right candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, discreet, and comfortable handling both personal logistics and business operations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Household Support
Researching and scheduling medical and specialist appointments
Conducting healthcare, service provider, and product research
Assisting with rental property coordination (government licensure, tenant communication, maintenance scheduling, vendor follow-ups)
Researching and assisting with car purchase options
Supporting state medical license application processes (forms, documentation tracking, deadlines)
Coordinating out-of-state move logistics (moving companies, utilities, timelines)
Travel research and booking (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Managing household appointments (repairs, maintenance, services)
General life administration and task follow-through
Business Support
Assisting with
Government licensure tasks (documentation, forms, tracking)
Reviewing job applicants (Indeed)
Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
Calendar management and appointment setting
General administrative support to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
2+ years experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently - including at the beginning of the role when we are figuring out the best way to work together, communicate, etc
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Tech-comfortable (Apple products preferred, Google Workspace, scheduling tools)
Ability to manage multiple moving pieces without constant direction
