Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller (US Market – Long Term)

We are a U.S. real estate investment company hiring an experienced cold caller to contact property owners in Georgia and ask if they would consider selling their property.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

You will NOT negotiate price. Your job is to qualify potential sellers and submit detailed notes inside our CRM.

Cold call property owners in Georgia, USA

Ask if they would consider an offer

Ask about property condition

Identify motivation for selling

Collect price expectations

Submit qualified leads daily with complete notes

? Requirements:

Prior U.S. real estate cold calling experience (REQUIRED)

Neutral English accent

Confident and energetic tone

Comfortable making 200+ calls per shift

Familiar with dialers and CRM systems

Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Available to work during EST calling hours

???? Compensation Structure:

$6 per hour

20 hours per week

PLUS $20 bonus per qualified lead

A qualified lead must include:

Seller confirmed willingness to consider an offer

Property condition discussed

Motivation clearly identified

Seller’s price expectation collected

Correct phone number and email verified

Top performers can earn $800–$1,000+ per month with bonuses.
