Real Estate Cold Caller (Work From Home | Long-Term Position)

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a reliable and motivated Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

Your main responsibility will be calling homeowners in the United States to identify individuals who may be interested in selling their property.

We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with people, dependable, and comfortable making outbound calls daily.

This is a stable, long-term work-from-home opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to property owners using our dialing system
- Speak with homeowners professionally
- Identify motivated property sellers
- Collect basic property information
- Enter lead details into our CRM
- Transfer qualified leads to our acquisitions team
- Maintain consistent daily calling activity

Requirements:
- Clear and understandable English
- Neutral or easy-to-understand accent
- Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Noise-canceling headset
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

Compensation:
$2-$4 USD per hour (based on experience and performance)
Weekly pay

Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week preferred
