Virtual Assistant – Lead Sourcing (Training Provided | No Experience Needed)

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with lead sourcing for our growing online business.

No prior experience is required full training and clear step-by-step instructions will be provided.

This role mainly involves finding businesses or individuals online based on specific criteria and organizing the information into spreadsheets.

The work is straightforward, but consistency and reliability are extremely important.

Responsibilities

Source leads using platforms and methods we provide

Follow training and SOPs carefully

Input lead information into Google Sheets

Maintain accuracy and organization

Complete daily sourcing targets

Requirements

Reliable and consistent worker

Able to follow instructions closely

Basic computer and internet skills

Good written English

Stable internet connection

No experience required training included.

Compensation $6 to 10$ per hour
