? THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Hospitality Operations Manager (Remote – Philippines) to become the first Philippines-based leader for BIDE Hotels, a fast-scaling UK hotel and aparthotel group.
This is not a VA role.
This is not a support position.
This is a leadership opportunity.
You will work directly with the founders and oversee:
Multi-property hotel operations
Revenue management coordination
Guest experience systems
Remote team management (future PH hires under you)
Technology-driven unmanned hotel systems
You will help us build the operational backbone of a UK hotel brand from day one.
This role will initially support UK properties remotely and will evolve into leading a Philippines-based operations team as we scale.

???? WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We want a hospitality professional with deep experience, maturity, and strategic thinking.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or equivalent
Minimum 10 years experience in hotels or hospitality operations
Experience managing multi-department hotel operations
Fluent written and spoken English (professional UK-level communication)
Strong technology competence
Experience with PMS systems (Mews preferred)
Experience with revenue tools (PriceLabs or similar)
Experience with channel managers (Siteminder or similar)
Experience managing remote teams
Own computer (high performance)
Fast, stable internet connection
Quiet professional home office
???? WHAT YOU MUST BE CAPABLE OF
You must be able to:
Run daily hotel operations remotely
Monitor occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance
Coordinate housekeeping schedules via systems
Oversee automated check-in processes
Manage OTA listings and reputation
Handle escalated guest issues professionally
Analyse financial performance monthly
Improve SOPs and operational systems
Lead and train future Philippines-based hires
Work UK hours overlap when required
You must think like an operator, not an assistant.
