Instagram Growth & Management Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced Instagram VA to manage and grow my personal Instagram account from 200 to 500+ followers over the next 2-3 months.

Responsibilities:
? Schedule 3 posts per week from photos I provide
? Write engaging captions that match my voice/style
? Research and add relevant hashtags (San Diego focused)
? Daily engagement: like, comment, and follow relevant accounts (15-30 min/day)
? Monitor and filter DMs (flag important messages)
? Weekly reporting on growth and engagement metrics
Requirements:
? Proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically
? Excellent English writing skills
? Understanding of US social media culture
? Familiarity with Instagram scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, etc.)
? Available 5-10 hours per week
? Reliable communication via email or Slack
