Location: Fully remote from the Philippines (must align with Sydney/AEDT time zone: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEDT / 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Manila time)
Employment Type: Full-time employee via our established Philippine partner (handles compliant payroll, taxes, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and benefits)
Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month (inclusive of taxes – gross covers net after deductions)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, senior-level graphic designer based in the Philippines to join our Australian team full-time. You will manage branding and marketing materials for 4 distinct brands, each with its own unique voice, personas, and guidelines (which you will help develop and refine).

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-quality branding collateral: social media graphics, product data sheets, brochures, flyers, client presentation decks, artwork proofs
Contribute to creating and evolving brand guidelines for each brand
Make UX improvements and design suggestions for website elements
Daily 2D CAD prep in Vectorworks: Import designs from Adobe Illustrator, adjust scaling/sizing to fit CNC machine constraints, export clean DXF files (or scripts) for production – this is a core daily task
Weekly video editing: Short promotional clips (up to 2 minutes) using Adobe Premiere Pro; enthusiasm to integrate AI video tools (e.g., text-to-video generation, auto-editing, effects via Runway, Adobe Firefly integrations, etc.)
HTML creation/export for responsive email blasts (using builders like MJML, Beefree, or hand-coding as needed)


Must-Have Requirements

5+ years professional experience as a graphic designer (at least 3 years at senior level, multi-brand or agency-style work preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator for vectors/branding, InDesign for layouts, Photoshop for raster/proofs, Premiere Pro for video)
Hands-on daily experience with Vectorworks (or very similar 2D CAD) for Illustrator-to-DXF workflows: importing, precise adjustments for CNC compatibility, reliable exports
Strong video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro for short marketing clips; eager to adopt AI video generation tools
Experience creating HTML for email campaigns (responsive, clean code/export)
Proven embrace of AI tools in creative workflows (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, etc. – provide examples in your application)
Fluent English (native-level spoken and written; comfortable in video calls and client-facing communication)
Strong portfolio showcasing multi-brand work, marketing collateral, videos, and AI-enhanced projects
Reliable remote setup (fast internet, quiet workspace) and self-motivated work ethic


Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Australian or international clients / time-zone aligned remote work
Basic motion graphics (After Effects) or other production tools
