Fashion Dropshipping Prod Lister VA

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Product Lister Virtual Assistant to join our fast-growing dropshipping business. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with dropshipping stores — experience with general e-commerce brands is not sufficient for this role.

You must be able to confidently handle a daily upload volume of 25–30 products, and have direct experience with platforms like POKY, Taobao, AliExpress, and ---------- . Experience with EU markets is essential. This role also requires high-level Google Sheets proficiency, strong team collaboration, and a stable and reliable internet connection. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in asking questions, communicating issues, and requesting support when needed.

YOUR DAILY TASKS:

- Upload and format 25–30 products per day into Shopify with accurate titles, images, variants, tags, and product descriptions
- Edit and optimize product pages directly in the Shopify backend
- Source product information, image sets, and details from platforms like POKY, Taobao, ---------- , and AliExpress
- Ensure product descriptions are formatted for EU markets (clarity, structure, styling)
- Upload clean images, remove watermarks, and arrange galleries appropriately
- Assign products to correct collections and categories
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the team about any listing issues or blockers
- Work closely with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth handovers and consistent output
- Follow provided SOPs and meet daily expectations for speed and accuracy

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

- AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START
- At least 1 year of experience listing products for dropshipping stores
- Available for immediate start
- Solid Shopify experience – you know how to create and edit product pages from the backend
- Familiarity with image editing tools like Canva, Photopea, or Photoshop
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, and other task trackers
- Able to upload multiple listings per day without sacrificing accuracy
- Fast, independent worker — not afraid to raise issues and offer solutions
- Excellent written English & communication skills
- Stable internet connection and a reliable laptop/PC
- MUST be able to run ---------- desktop without connection issues
